What people ask most often.

What does ProjectBook do?

ProjectBook turns construction tender material into a trade-specific project book. It structures requirements, highlights unclear or missing information, and links important points back to the original source page.

Does ProjectBook calculate the bid?

No. ProjectBook supports tender review and document navigation. Your team remains responsible for quantities, prices, interpretation, and the final bid decision.

Which trades are available?

ProjectBook is currently focused on roofing tender review. No future trade or launch date has been announced.

Can anyone create an account?

No public self-service signup is offered. Existing customers receive invitations to the separate app. New visitors can book a demo.

How do existing customers sign in?

Use the invitation and login route supplied during onboarding. If it is unavailable, contact support from your work email.

What if I forgot my password?

Use the approved password-reset route supplied with your account, or contact support from your work email.

How do I contact support?

Use the public support page or the support route supplied to your company during onboarding. Do not include sensitive tender documents in the first message.

Where are customer documents processed?

Customer documents belong in the separate ProjectBook app, never on this public website. Production regions, subprocessors, retention, and the data-agreement route must be confirmed and agreed before any customer document processing is enabled.

How is ProjectBook priced?

Pricing, user scope, usage, and commercial terms are agreed with each company during the demo process. No public price list is published.

Can I upload documents on this website?

No. This is an informational site only. Tender documents and customer work stay inside the separate ProjectBook app.
